Details of Reiki Levels
Reiki First Level : Basic Course
The first degree Reiki course teaches the basic theories and
procedures of how to work with Reiki energy. The channel through
which Reiki energy passes to the practitioner is said to be
opened or widened through four "attunements" given to the
student by the teacher. Students learn hand placement positions
on the recipient's body that are thought to be most conducive to
the healing process in a whole body treatment. Having completed
the first degree course, the participant can treat himself and
others with Reiki. The course duration is typically two days,
although this varies widely.
Reiki Second Level : Advance Course
In the second degree Reiki course, the student learns the use of
three symbols which are said to enhance the healing effect and allow
for distance healing. Another attunement is given which is said to
further increase the capacity for Reiki to flow through the student,
as well as empowering the use of the symbols. Having completed the
second level, the student can treat people with Reiki without being
physically present with the recipient. The first degree is a
prerequisite for the second degree, which is usually taught over two
days, although this varies considerably.
Reiki 3A : Reiki Master Basic
Through the third degree, one more attunement is carried
out and the student learns a further master-level
symbol. The first and second degrees are prerequisites
for the third degree. This level is usually taught over
one to two days.
Reiki 3B : Reiki Master
Advance
Through the “Master Training", the student
becomes a Reiki master. Having completed the
master training, the new Reiki master can attune
other people to Reiki and teach the three
degrees of Reiki. The first, second and third
degrees are prerequisites for the master
training. The duration of the master training is
usually around three to four days.
At Reiki Center, REIKI
is taught in two courses, two days each. The first known
as Primary (1st Degree) and second known as Advanced (2nd Degree).
In both the courses Initiation (attunement) is made in a person and
from that moment it self he/she can use REIKI by
mere thinking. For the REIKI
to flow, a person’s hands are only needed. Thus, no
special apparatus or equipment is required. One, who is initiated to
REIKI, is know as REIKI CHANNEL, thereafter.
A CHANNEL can use REIKI,
for duration and throughout 24 hours until his/her death.

In a Second Degree Seminar, when you participate after REIKI-1
level, it provides you with the opportunity to get attuned to
higher levels of energy i.e. REIKI. So much so because, the
initiation in the Second Degree is linked with one’s Ajna
Chakra. In fact, this Second Degree course is known as “Advance
Course’ or Completion Course’
The Second Degree more definitely intensifies the effects of
REIKI treatment ‘healing than the First Degree. The possibility
of REIKI treatment on getting Second Degree for rest of the
life is such that one can heal or send treatment at a distance
anytime anywhere without touching the person. In fact, physical
space and time gets eliminated.
Second Degree energy grants you greater flexibility while
increasing the effectiveness of treatment to a considerable
extent. Similar to 21 day period is very important in the sense
that higher level of cleansing initiated by the Master in the
classroom is continued by one to get benefits on on-going
basis.
Due to the same, one’s body and mind will adjust to higher
vibrations of REIKI energy. And in case if one continues his
practice to get the difficult-to-get-benefits even after 21
days period, one shall be his own master in total calmness and
bills.
